MEC’s 78th Annual Meeting

Per the bylaws, Mohave Electric annually holds district meetings for board elections and a large annual meeting to inform members of the co-op’s yearly activities. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m. The Meeting convenes at 6:30 p.m.

MEC Member Appreciation

In recognition of National Cooperative Month, MEC will host Member Appreciation every Thursday throughout the month of October. Members are invited to drop by our office each week for snacks, and refreshments, and to spin our fun prize wheel. Every spin is a winner!

National Night Out

For more than 20 years, Mohave Electric Cooperative has been proud to partner with the Bullhead City Police and Fire Departments for National Night Out (NNO). National Night Out is an annual event that promotes police-community partnerships and encourages neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, and more caring places to live.

• Wednesday, October 2 at 5 p.m. at Bullhead City Police Department parking lot, 255 Marina Boulevard, Bullhead City, AZ 86442

Community Risk Reduction Safety Fair

Children, parents, and caregivers can visit several Fire and Life Safety booths, including Hands-Only CPR, water safety, and car seat safety. Kids can check out the fire apparatus and try out a firefighter skills obstacle course. MEC’s Hazard Hamlet booth demonstrates to children the importance of electrical safety.

16th Annual Paul Walsh Veterans Day Parade

Every year, MEC honors all active-duty military and veterans who have sacrificed so much for our freedom with a float in the Veterans Day Parade. Look for Old No. 1 decked out in red, white, and blue thanking all of you.
