Director

Cindy Head has been a member of Mohave Electric Cooperative since 1995. At the September 2024 District 3 Meeting, members elected her to serve a three-year term as Board Director for District 3. Head completed course work in December 2024 and obtained her Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate.

Head has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and has been a Registered Nurse for 42 years. She has been a healthcare professional with leadership experience in hospice, hospital department management of nursing, radiology, as well as home care infusion. Her strengths include streamlining operations, state and federal regulatory management, interpretation and implementation. Cindy has been a patient-oriented advocate for clinical excellence.

Cindy is past president of the Bullhead City Rotary Club and continues to serve on the board. She spent 10 years on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, 1.5 years serving as chairman. As a former member of the Colorado River Women’s Council, she served multiple terms as president and was part of the founding committee of the annual Boombox Parade.
